With all agreements comes risk, which is why contracts are necessary to ensure that your rights and duties are preserved, and in order to create those contracts a lot of negotiations are necessary to ensure that both sides of the agreement are content with the agreement. The drafting of the contracts includes among others negotiable instruments, commercial agency, distribution, franchising, commercial loan agreements, joint venture agreements and sale of goods. We also ensure that all agreements and instruments are registered with the competent authorities in order to ensure that all the agreements and instruments are legitimate and admissible in the case that a court is needed.
